Joomla 4 backend slowdowns and possible third-party tool conflicts?

I’ve been working on a Joomla 4 site and recently started noticing some odd performance issues in the backend — things like delayed saves, occasional session timeouts, and overall sluggishness.
At first I assumed it was hosting-related, but after testing a few things, I’m starting to wonder if it could be related to third-party extensions or even external tools interacting with the site. I came across a discussion where someone mentioned using something like deltaexecuter.com as part of their workflow, which made me curious whether tools like that can sometimes interfere with Joomla’s normal behavior.
I’m not pointing to that as the cause, just trying to understand if external utilities or scripts can have unintended side effects when used alongside Joomla.
Has anyone experienced similar issues or have a good process for narrowing down whether the problem is coming from an extension, server setup, or something external?
