I wanted to ask if Joomla properly supports videos edited and exported from click here when embedding them in articles. I usually export in MP4 format and then upload or embed them into Joomla pages.

Is there any recommended format, size limit, or optimization needed to ensure smooth playback and avoid performance issues?

Has anyone here used a similar workflow? Would appreciate any guidance or best practices.
