INSERT command denied to user 'quintalu07080'@'2001:4b78:1001::1301' for table 'knofa_session'

Vuol dire che c'è un qualche errore con il tuo database: l'utente non riesce a scrivere dentro il database. E' cambiato l'host del database? Oppure sono cambiati i permessi dell'utente? Io proverei anche a sentire il tuo hosting, forse loro hanno log più dettagliati.
